Tin tin in Hawaii

Fanfiction

It’s a cold windy morning and Tin tin and Snowy are hiding in America accommodated by his friend Cato until he could find somewhere no one could find him. “Tin tin! There you are!” Tin tin turns to Cato’s voice. “Hello Cato” Cato has a worried look on his face. “There is someone here to see you; he says he’s from the Pacific” With a confused face Tin tin thought to himself, what could someone possibly want with him in the pacific and In addition how did they find him. Even though he was curious he knew that he couldn’t go due to his decision to retire. “Tell him to come to the living room; I can’t risk people seeing me at the front door.”  A huge man walks in with muscles popping out of everywhere and sits on the couch. Tin tin masks his anxiousness with a straight face. “Tin tin” the man begins, “I’ve come to tell you that your service is needed in Hawaii. People are mysteriously going crazy, at first a young boy and now a whole village. Does the name Mitsuhirato ring a bell?”  Tin tin was shocked to hear of Mr. Mitsuhirato. Snowy also burst in a fit of barks when he heard his name.  How did Mr. Mitsuhirato escape? Even though he knew he should help he apologized to the messenger and told him that he retired and that they should tell their local police. The messenger stands and handed Tin tin a card, “We have informed our protectors, but they have been misled many times. But if you change your mind Tin tin.” And he leaves.

Tin tin strolls to his room after having lunch to find Snowy who he hasn’t seen since the morning. “Where could he be?” As he approaches his room he could hear a muffled howl and enters the room to see someone jumping out the window with Snowy in a sack. With horror in his face he shouts, “Snowy! Snowy!” Rushing to his window he sees the thief jumping into a black window tinted van and it speeds of in the drizzly afternoon. “Noooo!” Tin tin had a gut feeling that this kidnapping had something to do with the man that saw him in the morning and packed his belongings to make his way to Hawaii.

One day later…

Tin tin settles into his hotel but is too impatient to wait for his search for his beloved best friend Snowy. He walks into the villages and asks around sometimes even mentioning the name Mitsuhirato to the locals. They answer no. His search carried on until night. It wasn’t until he got into the urban areas of Hawaii that he noticed that it seemed mysteriously empty in the afternoon when he expected it to have people outside on this sunny day and children playing around. “Yikes!” he was yanked into a bush he was walking past with someone covering his mouth, keeping him from shouting out for help. The stranger turned Tin tin to face him. It was the man who visited his house yesterday “Shhhhh” He said, and waved his finger to the front from behind the bush they were hiding behind. In front were soldiers walking with guns and weapons waving them at the villagers as they ran.

“What is going on?” demanded Tin tin as soon as the man let go of his mouth. “and who are you and where is my dog!”

“My name is Hulu, I am a village chief. My village needs urgent help, I believe a man by the name of Mr. Mitsuhiratu has escaped from prison and has come to our country. Since his arrival I have been carefully tracking him because my people have lately been acting differently, almost insanely.

“hmmm” Tin tin thought to himself, what could Mr. Mitsuhiratu possibly want in Hawaii. “And my dog!?”

“Oh Tin tin your dog is safe with us. It was the only possible way to get you here to help us.”

Tin tin sighed with relief. “Phew! Take me to Snowy”

As they entered the house Snowy came running to Tin tin with excitement behind followed a very old man with a cane. “Tin tin! I have been waiting for you. Please, I am the village master and my people need help and from what we hear we know that you are the only one who can help us. People have been going crazy!” Tin tin knew exactly what Mr. Mitsuhiratu was up to. It was a repeat of when they were back in Shanghai, except Mr. Mitsuhiratu thought that no one could find him building an army on this side of the world. “But first you must become a chief of the village in order for you to protect the village otherwise it would be a curse.” Exclaimed the village master

The ceremony was short, just Tin tin, Snowy, Hulu, the chief master and a few other witnesses. As soon as the ceremony finished Tin tin and Snowy were escorted to where the village master believed Mr. Mitsuhiratu was being accommodated. When Tin tin entered the house. Mr mitsuhiratus face was filled with shock and he pulled out a gun to shoot at Tin tin. “Duck Snowy!” he shouted as he as well dodged the bullet. “Come on hes escaping!.” They run after him and before they could get to him, he saw Cato in a boat hurrying Mr. Mitsuhiratuinto the boat. Tin tin felt disbelief as Cato had betrayed him. All along he knew something suspicious was going on with Cato but he didn’t know until now that he was not a true friend but a spy. On the boat that was fading, he saw a lot of the local villagers that Mr. Mitsuhiratu had poisoned being taken away. This altogether was a mission he and Snowy had to go on to save the world from Mr Mitsuhiratu making an army

The end.
